Yesterday was the 2nd time in the last year that we took our young son to this place. We were treated so kindly by everyone we encountered and the doctor was very thorough and super wonderful with our young son. We were able to get tested for flu, COVID, and strep, and the results were quick. Our son tested positive for step throat and was prescribed antibiotics, which were called in and picked up quickly. The best part is they take Kaiser insurance there. Normally on a weekend, with our Kaiser coverage, we'd have to drive out to Roseville to be seen on a weekend. It was a huge relief to have the option to be seen less than 10 min from out home and not have to drive all the way to Roseville with a very sick child. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I have been to MDStat several times and have had the very best care AND follow up care. The facility is clean and the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, warm and caring. We are so grateful for their level of excellence.

I went to this clinic for a recently cut finger wound. I was very dissatisfied with the care there. the clinic is filthy. There were blood smears on the supply cabinets and the supply cabinets were unorganized. The floor was filthy. The doctor left my wound open while she went to look for supplies. I was in extreme pain, she should have had supplies readily available. . She did nothing to help me feel better or feel more comfortable. I left there without a tetanus shot. They later called me and I got the shot at CVS. The doctor said she was going to write down the supplies I needed for wound after care which she did not. I was about to leave with a pool of blood in my palm and betadine stains And had to ask for her to clean it up. This clinic is in serious need of improvement

In the last 2 weeks I have had to take both my sons here for two opposite illnesses. My first son was diagnosed with no diagnostics just a simple look even after we explained what we thought it might be. He was then put on medications that made him worse. My other son was diagnosed and came back positive was an illness and put on medication that you are absolutely not suppose to put someone with this illness on and now he is worse. I was then told that I was correct and neither child should have been put on those meds and then told they were just an urgent care and I should be taking them to a regular physician or emergency room....like what? They are doctors at an urgent care are they not? I trusted them to care for my children and they did the opposite.

It was good. But, there was a patient that got there first and I got called before them. I don't know what could have happened. Also, Maybe working in making clear if we pay or not pay the visit. I was waiting for someone to give me information about my payment, and all she said was "you are all set, have a good one". I mean is good, but maybe a little mor explanation. I like the care and how easy is to get checked. The place is nice and quiet and the nurses and assistants were so nice.

Thank God for this urgent care we would have had to go to ER. My son got a fishing hook stuck in his finger nail. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Moness and his assistant were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
