Very slow and they don't work on things efficiently they just keep taking patients until they're full to capacity. Can't even stay on a simple task like having a test read

If it were an option, I'd rate this 0 stars! I went in for a pre-employment physical and TB Screener. Upon completion of the exam, I requested to have a photo copy of the completed paperwork packet. I was told that they don't give copies to patients (which I'm pretty sure it is my right as a patient to have all copies of records) that they only fax the packet to the employer. I then asked when my employer could expect to receive it and they said by the end of the business day! Great! Well, I guess it is a good thing my employer was swamped with new employee paperwork and took them a while to realize they never received it. So, I've called this office numerous times to resolve this issue and once they even said to me they were faxing the paperwork as we were speaking on the phone. Well here we are 4 MONTHS LATER, when my employer followed up again telling me they still have not received it. So I call AGAIN only to be told they LOST the paperwork and have to come in again for the exam and screener! Yeah NO THANKS!!
