I have no complaints against Mediacom. So far I have gotten great service from them. Do they have problems ? Sure, but they are far superior to Directv, Dish, and Centurylink. People need to be patient, they bought a business that has never tried to update its equipment or infrastructure.

Our cable has been out or intermittent for the past week. When I called for Tech Support, I always get the run around! This is definitely the worst cable we’ve ever had!

Their service is spotty, frequent issues with connectivity, charges for any service need or change, & constantly increasing prices. They have a monopoly in the area & charge accordingly. Wish there was an alternative internet provider.
