I can only speak for the Elder Care Attornies that were recommended to my mom and me by them. They said that they had experience in Elder Care and would protect my mom's assets. Well, after 1 year waiting for my mom to get admitted to Medicaid, a lawsuit from the nursing home she was staying at for non-payment (because we were waiting for Medicaid), and $14,000 in legal fees, mostly for the lawsuit they were responsible for, I've decided that MPG is bogus as is the attorneys they recommended.
The name of the Elder Care Legal Professionals are Dowley & Mulvena Attornies at Law. Either it's them or the system they work in, or both. To say their legal advice was a sham would be to give the word sham a bad name.
