I love the providers there and staff are always kind a professional. I absoubestly love Tracy and Catlyin there are always so nice and professional even when you can tell they are super busy. They are always kind. And always get back in touch with me in a timely matter. I would recommend this company to anyone. The urgent care on Cloverdale road is also a great place you get taken care from the time you walk in and the time you leave they are all so kind and professional and really listen which is rare at an urgent. They do everything they can to take care of you. Tamara is one of the best she is very nice and professional

I actually ENJOY coming to the Doctor lol Susanna FREAKIN ROCKS! Its crazy cause she makes everything so personable and yet still gets on to me for all my medical wrongdoings. She is a WONDERFUL addition to Medical Associates. Dr. Bowen and Marissa are rock stars as well. I know they all have my best interest at heart LITERALLY! I wouldn’t go anywhere else because nobody would understand me like Susanna❤️

The final straw was Dr Horton running an expensive test on my blood without asking permission before he ran it. “I ordered just a little extra test because your white blood cell was a little high” is all he said. I only found out it was a cancer screening after I got the bill. Never an explanation from the doctor until I asked him directly. When I explained the situation to the billing department, they said that I should be grateful it wasn’t a few thousand … they do this to other people as well. They told me as much. If they won’t answer their phones to make an appointment & you go to urgent care… expect to pay full price as they’ll rudely deny your request for coverage because you went to urgent care… they’ll say it’s their policy to not cover an urgent care visit when they don’t answer their phones… even though it’s not in the new patient paperwork.

Dr. Horton has been the only doctor to take me seriously about a medical issue I've had for a few years and actually listens when you discuss concerns or issues with him. So glad I switched to him when I did.

I love this place. Their staff is super nice and helpful. I have never had what I feel like to be a long wait time. I've never had the lab people have any issues or dig for a vein. Dr. Richards, Dr. Dickson, and Dr. King I have personally seen since being there. All 3 of them have been top notch. Great personalities, upbeat, genuinely caring, took their time with me and never ever made me feel rushed. I truly felt like I could communicate with these doctors about anything no matter how small. They found issues I had underlying that had previously gone completely unnoticed before and I can say they have changed my life as well as my health for the better. Took me a long time to find doctors this good and I will not be leaving this practice.

Dr Horton and Joe have been my go-to physicians for almost 2 years. After going from office to office, it’s a breath of fresh air to have these guys genuinely concerned and care about the care that provided to their patients. Would always highly recommend either of them!
