I had to visit the urgent care and I was very impressed with the care that I received. Everyone was super nice from the front where you check in the provider. My nurse Tamara was great I felt like she really listen to me and didn't rush me. I was treated with respect by everyone in that clinic I will be back and will send my friends and family to them

I went in to the left side where they allow walk-ins and I did not have a good experience. This was my first time and she was unprofessional, making fun of me in my face and did not prescribe me any medication to get better. She was just being judge-y and very immature. I feel like I was talking to a wall. She did not care that I was sick and she would not listen to me about my pain. I left with no prescription. I don’t know her name but I do remember she is blonde haired and old and grumpy.

I went to the emergency room at the hospital to get help and they gave me the help I needed.

My mother continually has a problem getting refills called in. I call my pharmacy and they haven't received a return call from the Dr. Seems like someone needs to address problem.

My wife and I’s experience here was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. They were friendly and listened to her health concerns. They ran tests that she wanted to have and actually listened to what was occurring. They got her an appointment for the next day to get an ultrasound that they couldn’t do at the clinic. Nurse Practitioner Robert was incredibly helpful. Overall, we will never go to another place for care.
