Bought the Medical Breakthrough 7 massage chair about 5 years ago after researching all the different brands and have been delighted with it ever since. As an Industrial Electrician I spend most of my days working off of a ladder or out of a boom lift.Doing that even a few hours out of a day will leave your back and legs knotted up . This chair has been a godsend for working out the kinks and getting my muscles loosened up to do it again. I love the variety of program options to work on specific areas or to get an overall full body massage. Couple that with being able to pick the intensity of the massage by body area to really hit the sore spots , or just for a nice relaxing massage and this has been the perfect massage chair. Connect your favorite music to the Bluetooth speakers in the chair and just get lost in the relaxation. I recently underwent rotator cuff surgery and was unable to sleep in bed for several weeks and my massage chair often served as my place to sleep. I love that when your massage times out it defaults to the zero gravity position until you turn it off. That was the perfect sleeping position for me during my recovery with no need to worry about rolling over and damaging my shoulder. Many a massage has turned into a nap over the years . I really can’t say enough about how much I love this chair and would highly recommend Medical Breakthrough to anyone who is considering buying a massage chair.

I bought the Medical Breakthrough 8 about 2 years ago and I use it almost every day for back pain that I've had for years. It works fantastic for alleviating the pain especially when I use it to recover from a workout or after a long day standing at work. This chair really has been a lifesaver.

Recently I had an issue with the back massage piece not working properly but I was able to contact Mark Glenn there and he was able to help me out quickly to get a replacement. This great customer service is another reason I would recommend this chair. Top notch service.

Monitor their website for a month. Their 50%+ sale is always ongoing. They have exactly one store in the entire US….. no where else to test a chair before purchase. Do not buy on the secondary market either. They will not respond to any question unless you have a purchase order from them. Need an owners manual? What’s your “what’s your order number”. Their manual states that maintenance should be performed regularly but doesn’t tell you what it is or how often it’s should take place…. They also have multiple versions of each chair. So the differences between a MB8 and MB4 is only the controller. As others have said investigate all of the reviews. Many are very suspicious. Buy a chair from Costco or Sam’s Club. That way if you don’t like they will take it back. Good luck trying to return anything to this company.

Mark was very very helpful and getting us the chair that we needed in a very timely manner. And our delivery driver Guy Charles was very accommodating very friendly. The entire company was a pleasure to work with and the chair works fantastically! You’d be doing yourself a huge favor to order one.

Love my chair#7. We be had it for years and it works perfect like the first use. We had a cat pee on our chair cover and they have been very helpful sending a replacement. Even with a few hiccups in the process, Denny has been extremely helpful.

We just received a new X chair in exchange for our MB8. The delivery man, Edwin delivered the chair and set it up which required a lot of extra work as I was not able to assist or prep. He went the extra mile in service as well as expertise. Even though there had been some miscommunication with the order and what was paid for he made the appropriate inquiries and took care of our needs. I am amazed at how 1 man was able to accomplish this trade out logistically and do it in a timely manner. Edwin is a credit to your company. The chair is amazing, thanks for the responsive customer service.

Customer service is awesome!! I've had my Breakthrough 8 for a few years now and it is still working perfectly. I recently broke one of the casters moving the chair across tile. When I spoke to Dannie about getting a replacement she was exceptionally helpful. I look forward to many more years with my chair and would recommend Medical Breakthrough to anyone looking for a good massage chair.

My chair, a Breakthrough 5 has served me well now for 7 years and could not be happier. I carefully did my due diligence when I was shopping for a massage chair as this was a major purchase for me at the time. I liked what I saw and I pulled the trigger. I've not had any issues since my purchase and am hoping it continues to serve me and my family for several more years to come.
