I'm about to leave and just go to troy ER I have been here since 3:40ish am and there is no one here at all and still have not seen doctor and the nurse that brought me to the room said they can't do much for me here. Said I will have to see my OBGYN when I have already spoke to my OBGYN and got told to come to the ER. I have read nothing but bad reviews at this place and if I seen them before coming here I would have went somewhere else. Someone could be dying and they wouldn't care. It's after 5am now and still no doctor. I left and said going to a different ER and the lady said he is fixing to come out. Yeah he is fixing to come from his office room cuz he is done taking a nap. DO NOT COME TO THIS ER THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!! 3/21/24

Brought my daughter to ER for a severe allergic reaction. There were alot of people in the waiting room so I knew we would be waiting for a while and that was ok. 3 hours later we got called back, waited in the room for 25 minutes before anyone came in there at all. Dr. Alonzo was on shift and finally came in there. He was the most nonchalant uncaring doctor I have ever met. Showed no care in the world towards my child. He told me to “take her home and spoil her” they took 3 swabs when we first got there and I had to ask 3 times about it to find out the results. I am overwhelmingly happy that my daughter is okay but what is not okay was the doctor not giving a crap about my daughter, I will never go back when he’s on shift. No urgency was shown to my daughter who is only 20 months old and face was swollen up bad, she was absolutely miserable.

I give this place a negative 10 stars for poor awareness and lack of knowledge! I was denied service here even after I told them it was urgent. The lady at the front desk didn’t care about my health at all and damn near laughed in my face when I told her something was wrong with me. i had to leave from there and drive myself 50 miles to the nearest hospital in order to receive treatment. this is beyond inconsiderate and i will be pursuing legal actions against the entire hospital. they claim to only have one ambulance available in the entire city and was no help whatsoever. no urgency for anyones life and this is the reason people go here for treatment and pass away

Never met Dr. Motta until today... His willingness to take care of his patients and assure them they are okay is OUTSTANDING! Haven't seen a doctor like this in a long time. Thank the Lord for him

Went in there for chest pain and dizziness. Waited for over 2 hours. Had tons of people walked out and two people after me was able to go to the back. Ummm hello law suit big time. Complained and the head nurse scoff like it was funny. Heart attack runs in my blood. If i end up getting one im suing

Went in for a kidney stone. They were quick and helpful. But my whole point of posting a review is in Hope's if one if the staff to see this. When you send someone a bill you need to put your address and name on it. Bc when the mail says it's from mail processing in ohio I think its junk and just throw it away. Glad I was curious this time and opened it.
