Very impressed with the Radiology Department. Professional staff and the medical care was impeccable. Explained each of my procedures and were very attentive to my anxiety level and walked me through each process. I have a loved one at MCE, and as an employee, there has been some downs but that’s okay! I've had the opportunity to discuss the exceptional care he has been receiving. First, I want to highlight Michele from the night shift. She has been incredibly observant and quick to respond to our needs, we both talked about how she is showing genuine care and compassion. Her attentiveness on 4North has made a significant difference. Additionally, I want to acknowledge Miss Lori from the day shift, who has also been attentive and caring. Both ladies are very genuine I am truly grateful to both of these nurses for their hard work and dedication to nursing. They are truly compassionate and understanding. Thank you, ladies! We would like to express our gratitude to Hali Praytor in the laboratory for being an outstanding lab technician. When she came to collect samples, she was incredibly respectful, kind, and considerate. She maintained a quiet tone especially while we were resting, which we truly appreciated and asked if we needed anything before she left. Thank you all for the continuous care he’s receiving from you ladies.

I was treated extremely well during my short stay at MCE. Doctors Ramsay, Wheat, Tolliver and Baker were amazing. Every nurse that cared for me, especially Nicole and Christa, showed a lot of caring and compassion. I am grateful for the excellent care I received. Thank you!

My experience at Enterprise Medical center was very nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean and also welcoming. I had a dreaded colonoscopy and everyone was so kind and respectful. There was a great team in helping Dr. Benjamin Hewitt perform my procedure on 7-11-24.. They took great care of me. I also enjoyed a warm blueberry muffin and sprite after my recovery time.

I love all the MRI employees. They always make me smile. When I had my MRI they made all instructions very clear and easy to understand. They were with me every step of the way and when it was finished they were very much helpful with helping me sit up and make sure I am okay to walk. Would definitely do it again.

Had a very good experience having a nuclear stress test at the hospital. The gentleman who did the iv I think his name is Scott is great. Never felt the needle go in and his personality is needed more in hospitals.

I came in for a swallow study. I am very happy to say that my appointment was handled in a timely and professional manor. From the check-in through the procedure.
