Staff, especially Journey and the P. A., Melodie Venturi, were caring, thorough, and efficient, even providing a referral to another facility for an xray. The Center is clean and bright and provides easy parking. The waiting time seemed a little long since there didn't appear to be anyone ahead of me waiting to be seen.

Apparently, this location is only open on certain days of the week, but the profile incorrectly states that it operates daily. Additionally, when you call the listed number, it gets routed to another location without any clarification from the receptionist. This can be misleading, as callers may assume they are speaking with the intended location. A lot going on already without being misled, please update the business information!

Front desk medical assistant very helpful, super nice. This was a same day visit for my son’s soccer physical so first time here, we don’t know the doctor. So when the consult began it was good, however doc made it a point to not acknowledge me at all. As if it bothered her I was there, again first time here, not my son’s regular physician. When she was conducting the rest of the procedure she asked for me to step out I said yes, she told my 16year old now we can talk. Like you could have talked with me in there. I understand there are certain things he might feel more comfortable sharing with his doc but you’re not. So that made me uncomfortable. Nonetheless we paid for this first and last visit there.

I had a great experience at this clinic! Dr. Curtis and Melodie Venturi were really helpful in assisting me with my medical issue. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to alleviate the issue quickly! The clinic is clean, they see you fast, and the practitioners are caring and really spend time and care with their patients. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Easy to make same day appointment. New-ish, so uncrowded. Melanie Venturi PA was charming, unhurried, thorough and informative. Could not have been a better medical experience!

Had a great experience at this urgent care. I was able to make an appointment same day, and there was no wait to get a room. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They did all the tests I requested (COVID, strep, flu) and when those came back negative, the doctor sent me on my way with some Tylenol samples. Would definitely come back here in the future

I had a difficult experience at this center. I chose this clinic over another one closer to my house for a medical examination for immigration purposes, because I was told that the results will be ready within a week. After I had my exam and paid $$ out of pocket, I was told the timeline was now anywhere between 1-2 weeks. Although disappointed, I had a a good experience with the clinician so I was OK with this change. Later that week I was told that the doctor forgot to sign my forms, and that he can do so in another week, which now would put the whole process to 3 weeks. Lastly, when I came to pickup my exam results after making an appointment for 9am in the morning, I was locked out. The staff didn’t show up until later. I would prefer to have upfront communication that set correct expectations rather than being misguided throughout the process. The worst part is that all the delays in the process cost me time and money I spent to accommodate for their schedule. I recommend the doctor to built better alignment with their staff and for the whole center to take responsibility for their actions. Set real expectations and don’t misguide people, they’re trusting you with their health and wellbeing. I don’t recommend this place.

My experience at the Medical Center of Marin was positive from start to finish. They fit me into their busy schedule even though I was visiting the area and didn't have an appointment.

The staff was kind and efficient and Dr. Curtis was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He solicited all the necessary information to address my issue and then provided a clear, understandable treatment path for me to follow. He also called me personally on the same day as my visit with important test results and answered all my additional questions.

Even though this is a busy practice, I never felt rushed or dismissed. Quite the contrary. They make a real effort to put the patient's well-being front and center. They exceeded all my expectations and I'm so glad they were there when I needed them.
