The front staff are very friendly and efficient. Back staff addressed me by name when I arrived after only meeting me 1 time. Both docs are wonderful and very thorough. Brittney is great -- very professional and thorough. Matt, the Massage Therapist gives great massages and will even give you a brief, free massage when he has time between patients. Ebony and Marlasia are fun and keep me on track and motivated. Steven, an Auburn student interning there, is very knowledgeable and encouraging when he assists me with my therapy. I have seen great progress with my strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and mood. I love this place and they have given me hope. Thanks to all!

Love everyone here especially the X-ray tech Cooper ! I am pre-diabetic and of course had an episode soon as he started doing X-rays he was so kind and patient with me! Everyone is very nice and friendly i had a great experience here!

This is my second appointment with Medical Center Plus which was made possible due to the first appointment. The staff is awesome and you feel as if they are family with the way they treat you and you can't help but to feel like the medical treatment you will be getting is good because of the staff educational background.

What a joke and a waste of time. I was impressed by the advertisements on the internet sites. I showed interest and was bombarded with texts and emails about getting a free consultation. I took the bait. I drove over an hour to get there and so say I wasn't impressed is an understatement. I arrived and was taken into a "patient room". A lady created me and looked the the medical records I took on my behalf to bring. She didn't make copies but instead, laid them aside. I was told the Doctor would be in in a couple minutes. Some person came in that was training someone on how to take temperature and that was hilarious. She had no clue what she was training and after fumbling around with the trainee, told me that the doctor will be in to see me in a minute. 22 Minutes later, after listening to everyone outside the room piddling around, I decided to leave. They didn't even know I had left.

What a waist of time and money. I am an attorney and pride myself on waisting my client(s) or potential client(s) time. This place is totally unprofessional and I would steer clear of it if I was considering going there.

I came to Medical Center Plus not sure what I needed for chronic back and knee pain. Nothing was helping...epidurals, corticosteroids in knee, occasional PT, chiropractic...all with different doctors and places. I was tired of going and not feeling better, not getting answers.
The trip to Auburn is 2 + hours drive...not comfortable when in pain. But, after 3 weeks, it is well worth the drive. The staff welcome me from the time I set foot in the door. The first visit consult gave me the reassurance that this is what I need to heal so I can move and function daily. Each visit is well coordinated with the team of doctors, therapists, and support staff. They truly are a great team and I know that I am in good hands. I don't feel like I am being rushed through an assembly line.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. The staff was so sweet and well knowledgeable. Both doctors listened to what I had to say. I go back today. The place was easy to find. I woke up in the night with a couple things I forgot to tell them. It's probably the reason I don't get enough sleep at night, Thanks for your help. 🙏

The nurses and doctors here are wonderful so far. I have another appt. next week. I recommend them they are awesome.
