It took à week to obtain a bipap with several calls made. This was aggrevigating. I placed a portion of blame to the insurance. However, today, my wife met with Carrie. Carrie explained the equipment & presented as knowledgeable & professional.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable! They called me a week in advance and let me know what my co-pay would be. Carrie took her time and explained my equipment as well as the insurance requirements. She answered all the questions I had more. Very pleased with my experience here!

Sold my 80 year old mother a nebulizer that was defective and had to be replaced. Apparently it’s a defective model. Second one is also defective. But they refuse to replace it. Why? They replaced it once already Makes sense

I went in to get standard medical equipment (in stock). Doctor’s order went in Monday, I went Wednesday. No customers in building but me. She remembered seeing the order come through fax, but hasn’t had time to fill it, check on it nor could she give me an estimated time frame to receive equipment. Said she would have to have doctor’s exam notes to fill it. I called my provider who suggested getting the doctor’s order from them and go somewhere else. Immediately went to another medical supply store and had said equipment within 10 minutes. The employee should no concern or care if we used them or received the equipment. I will not use them again!

I know why this company has a 2.3 review now. I was told I was “purchasing “ a cpap machine and my deductible would be 2 payments of $60.00 and then supplies every so often after that. They have been deducting a charge monthly because now they say it is a lease. My husband can testify that is NOT what we were told! I’m taking my machine back to them tomorrow. And not only will I not use them again, I will tell EVERYONE I know. Very poor business practices and patient care. They should car salesmen or something like that. This is not the field for them!
