This place sucks. Here's to helping anyone going through some crap with this company.

INSIST they send you proof. Have record of you insisting. If they cannot send you proof of your debt (as they are legally required to), then you don't have to pay. Look up what is required of them to send as proof.

Send a Debt verification letter (look it up). I got an email of a supervisor from an employee. I asked for their licensing number. They have yet to respond. NEVER pay a collection agency unless they give you their licensing number.

If they harass you, that is ILLEGAL.

They are required by FEDERAL LAW to let you set up a payment plan for medical debt with no interest.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible service. I asked for a review of my bill, and for them to re-send months ago, and never heard back. When I called back today the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, refused to listen to me. They refused to accept a one time payment (trying to make an effort to pay off this debt!), and claimed I must be on a repayment plan based on THEIR terms (btw, impossible to afford). I'm hoping another firm buys off this debt so I never have to deal with this company again.

Website and app are useless for paying my debt, those combined garner 1 star. I could not create an account. Something was always "incorrect". Whether my password, my username, my security questions. I tried to reset my password, but I couldn't because my security question was "wrong." I bumped this up to 3 starts because of the person I spoke to. She had a neutral professional tone. She was clear and concise, making my payment a breeze after the headache I received from dealing with the website (the app sends you back to the website). The whole system (desktop and mobile) need a huge upgrade.

Tried to set up payment plan with what I could afford. I was told not acceptable. Seeing just over $140 i either pay in full or 2 payments. She asked questions about our income and if any cardio cards, through credit company. She told me to pay with that. She was extremely rude. I realize I have a bi, that I will pay.

I am financial POA for my sister who has severe Dementia. Medical Revenue Services continuously sends me bills stating she owes some hospital for medical services on a given date but do not provide proof of what the service was for. If I ask my sister about it, she has no idea. If I ask them, they just say they are a collection agency. In some cases it is for over $1,000. Why would I send them money for something I don't know what I am paying for?

Paid a debt with original creditor. They said they do not do deletes. But I never spoke with anyone from they firm! Will be disputing! Horrible service supervisor was rude saying they don’t delete just update. Had to get real rude with this lady. I never paid them one dime but they only update and not delete.
