TL;DR, don't bother interacting with the receptionist if you don't have to.

The person actually handling my husband's case is pretty nice, but our recent visit left a bad taste in both of our mouths thanks to the receptionist. We came in to get him new equipment because he's been on his old for nearly 5 months even though he put in an order a few weeks ago due to auto shipments never actually happening. What we didn't know is that after 1 year your "equipment", not your machine, are part a script that expires every year which the receptionist was nice enough to make a snide comment over and smile sarcastically. Never got a reminder, wasn't ever told when we first picked up the machine, nothing. The only thing that was ever stressed to us was to give warning before PCSing. We leave in 3 weeks and will have no way of getting my husband new equipment while what he has is making him sick. Don't recommend interacting with the receptionist if you don't have to, she's just going to get snarky until you're frustrated enough to leave and just buy equipment on Amazon.
