I’ve worked with Medical Equipment Dynamics on several deals in the capacity of customer for my private practice in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. As a Doctor of Optometry, we rely on high-level , wavefront technology from devices manufactured by world class companies like Lombart and ZEISS for our patient care.

The company owner Garrett Purrington has proven to be a business partner of the utmost integrity and competence. He was always very forthright with my office manager and delivered on the products that were promised and for WHEN they were promised. In both cases, we were extended an honest warranty on the work and the contracts were clear and concise. I also commend their meticulous packaging and working with reputable shipping companies to get the products where they needed to go and without a single blemish. Their work was integral in completing our $1 million practice renovation.

We also dealt with a young lady whose name I believe was Hannah who provided great product details and was diligent in searching for the devices that we needed for my practice.

MED has provided the BEST medical purchasing experience I've ever had, and I've been blown away by them, which is so rare in the medical industry. They are honest, fair, and they follow through with their promises (shocking)! After unsuccessfully trying to order a critically-needed SCD for a relative's painful edema through a local medical supply store that was extremely incompetent and unkind, I found MED. They offered the device for less than HALF of what other companies wanted, and I received the item promptly.

What impresses me about this company is that it is very responsible and customer-oriented. MED resolved a couple minor issues quickly and efficiently. They didn't point fingers or shift blame like is so common in our third-party insurance-dominated medical system. They took responsibility and worked tirelessly to ensure I was totally satisfied with the purchase. If I could give 10 stars, I would, and I'm picky.

My parents spend thousands of dollars annually on medical expenses, and we will be coming to MED first from now on and will be encouraging everyone we know to use them. This was a great experience. All medical purchases should be like this.
