My name is Linda & i had the most incredible experience in kindness & customer service from Tracy.
I'd ordered a nice Rollator Walker online & upon opening the box the instruction booklet advised me to watch YouTube for assembly instructions (when ordering it, it stated the assemly would consist of the wheels & backrest), NOT so... it needed the handles & braking mechanism, etc. Plus, the booklet sent me to a video for an "upright" walker, mine is NOT. I got nowhere when i called Elenker, only frustration, so i looked online to see if there was a medical supply locally that could assist w/the assemly, as i'm currently dealing w/an inflammed, pinched nerve in my spine & can't afford to work w/a heavy walker.
I called Medical Equipment & Supply on 22nd St, Tracy answered & i proceeded to explain my problem. Right away she was willing to help &... get this, as soon as she put a hospital bed together, she would come to my Apt & assemble my walker! I could hardly believe it, how blessed was i? Within a couple of hours of placing my call to Medical Equip & Supply, i had my new Walker ready to use! Tracy was awesome!! I forgot to mention to her at the time, but i've a friend in Marana who's in the process of qualifying for a new wheelchair (had her current one for yrs & it's needed repairs several times), plus she's needing & has applied for a hospital bed too. I called my friend, excited to tell her about what a great company & people, as the business she's dealt w/in the past has not been good. Good News can travel fast too, ha! Thank you Tracy, + i understand her boss Ron has the same work ethic. We need more caring people like them & i'm so happy & grateful i happened upon the right business. Thanks for a great experience!

They carry quality medical equipment, and materials for caregivers and independent seniors. Such as, walkers, bath benches, oxygen cannulas, commodes, wound care, cleaning supplies, chairs, beds, and more. Always friendly Ron and staff are fun to talk with me and are willing to help so I feel free to ask lots of questions. I am so greatful they could help my mom and I and we are proud to support local small good-hearted businesses in Tucson.

After having issues with an older electric bed for our elderly mom, we decided to buy a newer model to ensure she as more comfortable. We had heard many good things about Medical Equipment and Supply in Tucson AZ. Ron is the owner of this amazing establishment! Not only did he go above and beyond the call of duty, he delivered a new electric bed to our mom’s house on the same day. He installed it himself and took away the old bed to the dump.

The side rails are really helpful and the position controls are a game changer. This bed does it all and makes it safe and easy to use. We are pleased with everything on this bed so far and have been using it for almost a week now. Well worth the money to keep a loved one comfortable and also to help a caregiver take care of a loved one.

We highly recommend this establishment and the owner Ron gave us an excellent warranty on the bed.

If your in need of medical supplies please.please, please go see Ron a Medical Equipment and Supplies. Ron went above and beyond what was expected. Not only did he find us the wheelchair we needed but he did it without making us feel like he was doing it for the money. Ron truly cares about the customer and their needs.
Thank you Ron for all your help. You are a life long customers of me.

Awesome customer service. The staff there is well knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you to find your right equipment. What you need.

1. They charge by the month, no pro rating on equipement. OK fine
2. They doNOT send a reminder as to when the month is up.
3. No "grace period" So...
4. If you donot make sure YOU let them know when it's p/u time, they...
5. Are very prompt at billing you for the next month.

So be VERY aware that they aren't helpful with the return time of equipement.

I don't need the device anymore,
and unfortunetly for me am 5 days past turn in time, so they are getting a nice $300.00 for someting I don't need.

It's ALL IN THE CONTRACT, so too bad me.
Just be VERY careful doing business with them, and pay VERY close attention to the one month return dates, because they sure won't, except to bill you.

I donot reccommend them.

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I had on different hospital beds and which one would be best for my grandma. Also lots of different medical supplies in stock. Thanks again for all the help.
