Really excellent experience! I was bound to a manual wheelchair as Florida Blue did not approve my request for a motorized/electric wheelchair. The mobility freedoms offered by a motorized chair seemed so significant to me that I Googled where I could rent one. I wanted to see for myself. Shockingly, the offerings in Miami area just were poor to non-existent. And once I started to evaluate the models offered by the few that did have chairs I found the market lacking. UNTIL I cold-called Medical Equipment Solutions. I explained my needs and Elizabeth understood exactly what I needed, offered me a choice of two excellent options and we had a deal. She, and her colleague Gloria were angels to work with. I ended up renting for two months. They delivered my chair on-time and did the same on the back end. Hear me Miami…when a local business is as responsive and shows their customers warmth and respect, i am very happy to leave this good review.
