The staff there are super friendly and helpful. They'll help you find whatever you need, and if they don't have it, they'll order it for you and let you know when it's ready to pick up.

They also have a great selection of rental equipment, like wheelchairs and recliners.

I've been going there for years for all my medical supply needs, and I've always been happy with their service. My family goes there too now.

I had a problem with my Rhythm walker where the black clips that hold the brake and lock wires to the side of the walker broke. I tried The Rhythm company and they really don't care about customers or supply any way to order the clips. Tried to get help from the VA who supplied the walker. Was told to order a new one. Called Medical Homecare Supply and spoke to Bob. He listened to my problem and told me to remove the back rest and place the wires inside or the frame. I did so and it worked. Thank you Bob for taking the time to help me with my problem

I was in need of a lift to stand recliner rental after back surgery and did not realize it until post surgery in the hospital. My wife called around needing it delivered the next day and everyone told her it would be a week. Thankfully not only did medical homecare deliver the next day, but the owner was so accommodating to deliver by a certain time since I was being discharged and my wife could not be at home during the normal window. The gentlemen who delivered it was so respectful of my home, made sure my wife knew how to use it and the chair was delivered so clean. On top of that, they were less expensive than other companies and no delivery charge. Got to love them and their service. Thank you for being so kind and making a stressful situation better.

Had an excellent experience with Medical Homecare Supplies and equipment. My 79 year old mother returned home after being in the hospital for 7 days with covid. She came home on oxygen and could not lie flat in her bed. I arrived at the store at 4:30 on a Friday and purchased a recliner and they had it delivered to my house by 5:00pm. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They certainly know what customer service is all about.
