This location is a disaster. I scheduled an EEG there several months out and was called repeatedly asking me to change the date/time. Then on the day of, they canceled the appointment. I was told they would try to fit me in. They never did. I had to make multiple calls to talk to someone to allow a scheduler to un-cancell the order for an EEG so it could be scheduled. Finally get a slot but arrived 15 min late only to be told the tech had a family emergency AGAIN. They said they waited until my appt time and left. The appt was for 1hr 15 min. I asked if anyone was going to call me. They said no. I don’t understand the “waiting for me” excuse. You are at your job and the appt was for 3 pm. You didn’t wait at all if you took off at 3. How do they see any patients with 1 tech who keeps having emergencies? The manager was not very courteous. They offered me an 8am appt a month out or Weston or Stuart. This is now 5 months after first trying to schedule this. Madness. And now my test will be paid OOP b/c they cancelled my appt on the morning of 12/30, when my deductible was met. CC is not great here in FL, but this location is particularly absurd. I could go on further about the insanity regarding my mother’s experience here and the lack of accountability/communication. No respect for patients or their time. Goodbye and good riddance. There are a few good doctors within but too many awful ones and employees who will make your life he**.

They call a day before to cancel after you’ve been waiting for an appointment when they say on the phone when you make the appointment they can take care of what you need. Looking at other reviews they apparently have a huge habit of this. Extremely unprofessional and wasting people’s time.

Heard great things about the Doctor here. Made an appt several months ago which I had to wait 3 months to get too. It was cancelled the day before and the next available date was 2 months later. Waited the 2 months and they cancelled again, the day of. Was offered to reschedule with a different doctor a month later. And the staff had an attitude with me, like I’m the problem. I get it, things happen. But customer service is definitely not the offices priority.

Took FIVE MONTHS to get an appointment, finally the day of the appointment comes and they cancel b/c the Dr. called out sick (no problem, Dr.'s are human right?) only to call to try to reschedule-- on the phone for over an hour on hold, they hang up on me, call back on hold again for 30 minutes for them to tell me I now have to wait another SIX MONTHS to get an appointment? Are you kidding me? Staff at the PBG office were inept and rude on the phone. Cleveland Clinic is supposed to be the leader in the industry right? What a joke.

This is the worst location I been too. And I will not be coming back to even Cleveland clinic after this . Refused to see me for my apt I had after driving 45 min and taking off from work because I was 20 min late and even called to tell them and they assured me that was fine. Was also told take a couple of hours so leave a good portion of your day free and when I get to office they say they have someone right after me within the hour. Doesn't make sense and not even the manager could do anything for me . Def not coming back .

I was very disappointed I am in the admin staff.
I had my annual check up in April. The wrong code was sent to the insurance and blood work company.
It took me many calls over a month to get their office to finally fix the coding. Their billing department received the corrected code but did nothing with it until I called again 3 weeks later to find out why my insurance company has not received it. they said they will get it sent.
I am still trying to get the Quest billing corrected but their admin staff are completely uncooperative. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they are too busy. I offered to conference call everyone but was told they didn't have time.
no one at their office will take responsibility. Very fustrating
