Brought a piece of equipment in for repair. The tech was very knowledgeable and offered to look at it and see if it could be repaired quickly so I wouldn’t have to lose more days without treatment. They tested the machine, replaced the failed parts and let me know what to expect for remaining useable life on the motor. While the repair was not inexpensive, it was a better option than trying to secure a replacement. Thanks for the excellent service!

Dropped off my personal oxygen concentrator that I bought, in January for a tune up.Paid $75 dollars a month to Banner Home Health Care to rent one from them,until Mine was ready to be picked up.By the way,I was 32% Lung function Recovering from Covid Pneumonia,on 5 liters of oxygen 24/7. Today I went and picked up my Oxygen Concentrator almost 11 months later. It had not even been looked at.Didnt get a call saying what needed to be repaired.Never got a call in 10 months on how much it would cost.Was completely ignored & forgotten about.I would not Recommend Medical Repair Systems.
