My daughter was very low sick and had googled places she can be seen, kind of like a med center. She wasn't thinking clearly and went to medical resources for assistance. When she arrived she was greeted by the rudest person ever. Some gentleman told her "we don't do that here". His delivery was absolutely horrible. I was on the phone with her and when I asked for clarification and to speak to him, he was even ruder to me. People don't realize it's not all about what we say but how we say it. If he is the owner or manager, he really needs to take a course on dealing with the public. His demeanor was absolutely horrible!!

Had a prescription for a bipap for my son. No bipap was available so they sent a ventilator instead. Works great. Set up great. My issue is they charged me/insurance (that did not pay) for the vent and we needed a bipap. $266 per month. A lot of money. I spoke to a DME company friend they informed me that this was not good practice. I contacted this company and they immediately fixed the issue. Why was it ever an issue?
