If i could give 0 I would. This company requires a credit card just to make an appointment to get a CPAP. Will not schedule to get life saving medical equipment until they have a credit card. Will not even let you in the locked door. Myself and my wife work in the medical field and in 20 years I have never heard this. Deaconess Medical supply will take care of you with no problems. Also I talked to someone yesterday and they told me a manager would call me back and their policy is usually within 24 hours. They told me this on a Thursday but because Friday was a holiday (which it is not, Monday is the holiday) that I may not get a call within the 24 hours. Update. No phone call and it's been 48 hours.

Do Not use this company!!! It's Terrible!!! My husband stops breathing in the middle of the night, and needs his C Pap machine to get decent sleep...when his machine stopped working they had no backup!!!😵 Deaconess does have a backup they supply you with the day it stops working. He had to wait 31/2 weeks for a new machine!!! He hasn't had hardly any sleep, he is absolutely miserable! Once you get a machine here your your locked in for about a year!😑 Go somewhere else if you love your family member or want decent service!!!

I have never had a problem in dealing with St Vincent’s Medical Supply. I have been a customer for years. On a Friday evening I needed help about my oxygen and a therapist even came back to the after closing. He was very nice about it. I am talking about the store on Logan Drive . Great people.! Iam now posting 11/19/24 and my review is quite different. I am not longer with this company. I want a supplier who is local. It all changed when’s Vincent sold the store.

If we could give this place a "0" we would! My husband has been trying to get a breathing machine replaced since late October. We got a call that it was in stock on March 1. Yet we still have no machine because they will not verify our insurance nor will they just let us private pay for it! Do not use this company! You constantly get the run around, robocalls, no return ohone calls nor do they do what is required!

October 23rd I was released from hospital with medical equipment order faxed to medical supply and I was told my equipment would be delivered on Oct 23rd by the St Vincent Hospital case manager.
Just say , still no supplies, glad my life did not depend on Medical Supplies to get me the equipment that I truly needed like yesterday , first time and my last time using medical supplies.
Not happy , I could give negative stars, I would do a thousand!

People that order CPAP are rude. They cut you off without letting you finish your sentences. Extremely slow. I haven't gotten a reorder call in a looonnng time. Headgear dry rotting. She was rude about that too. Need reeducation on caring behaviors for sure!

Many robo-calls regarding equipment with voicemails not returned. Today, ordering supplies with them, the lady continued to cut me off after using terms like "mask" to describe the hose connecting piece that goes between CPAP tubing and a nasal pillow. (She insisted that was a mask, and that the nasal pillow was a "pad.")
I asked for part numbers to clarify I was getting the right thing. She said she has no part number but she offered to scheduled me for a "re-education" session. Wow.
Here is a picture of a connector (mask she says) and a nasal pad - I added text for clarity. But I need re-education!
She just has HUGE communication issues, well the whole place does when not answering/returning phone calls or successfully communicating simple ideas like "the connecting/swiveling piece is considered the mask part."

Do not use this place for you loved ones needs. They not only billed his insurance for the wrong equipment, and got the wrong equipment back, they claim they Never got the order for his correct equipment which I verified in person at the location twice that they had the order and claimed it would take a month to get it. Now my dad has no medical equipment that was ordered by his doctor. The staff is rude and hateful and and refused to allow me to speak with management. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare and Medicaid against this scam company.
