I have been going to Dr. Penny for about 10 years.She is the best Dr. that I have ever been seen by. She always takes her time and explains everything in detail. She answers all of my questions professionally and completely. If I don't understand she explains in a way that I understand. She saved my life when I got out of the hospital and I owe her the world for doing so.

My parents see this quack of a doctor! All she does is push and prescribe pills & medication. When they need to see a specialist - she just “faxes” papers over, doesn’t do the actual phone referral questionnaire as the specialist requires. And then has her cell number as a contact number, so you call it, and she hangs up on you and tells you it’s not business hours. Why would you have your cell phone number on there if you didn’t want to be contacted after hours. I took my mom off multiple drugs she prescribed to her and my mom was a million times better! I stopped going with my mom to appts - she puts her back on medication, and 2 seizure medications when there is no confirmation that is what’s going on with her! Wait? Maybe if she would actually do her job and get her a specialist appt they could actually get her where she needs to be. And away from this quack. Do not go to her! Tell all of your family & friends to run!!!!!!!

Dr Penny is amazing, she really does what's best for her patients. Walk ins being welcome is a major help to me because a lot of times I don't know when I can schedule an appointment to come in, walking in gives me a freedom I don't get with other offices by allowing me to be treated immediately instead of waiting for an opening. Whether I do a walk in OR do an appointment I never have long wait times to be seen. I highly recommend her.

We will not be going back. My husband and I took our 4 year old to them. They had us wait in the car because she had been running a fever off and on. This wouldn't be a problem if they weren't rude about telling us. I tried explaining to them that she got sent home from school on Thursday for vomiting 1 time. The doctor refused to listen. She interrupted me within 30 seconds of my explanation of symptoms. It's not possible to treat someone without all the information. I told her she was being rude and that we'd prefer to see a doctor that actually listens. She said "good luck" and walked away.

We love Dr. Penny and Nikki. They are great at getting you in quickly. Dr. Penny really cares about her patients and fights for them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good family doctor.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been on high blood pressure pills since I was 8 years old 1 in the morning 1 at night. Im 23 now Since being with attaway she drop me down to 1 pill. Doesnt seem to help unless it's a flue or stomach bug. Went to go call in my blood pressure pills today just to find out attaway drop me as a client because I didnt go in and check with her. My other dr's for years didnt make me come in and check with them because they had me on the right dose. Just like every so often if they seen I've been in the er.Mind you never got a notice either of being drop to prepare for another dr. I can not go without this medicine and now I'll have to until I get another dr.s . supposedly havent been their in 2 years but they been refilling my medication this whole time .
