Another awesome experience at Medical Supplies Store all due to the service from Tavaine, on a very busy day she went out of her way to greet every customer upon entering the store. WOW oh WOW!!
I needed an oxygen concentrator for a client of mine .... DURING thanksgiving SUNDAY of all days. I called at 1pm, and they delivered it by 230pm. What amazing customer service.

We spoke with Moe late Thursday afternoon and the new G5 model was on our doorstep Friday am. Moe provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about portable oxygen concentrator POC’s. Love the new POC unit compact easy to carry works great! Thank you!

Great communication and very supportive staff. I emailed the store to ask a few questions about a wheelchair before purchasing. They replied in a timely manner with relevant information. After I made my purchase online, they contacted me by phone to confirm my address and an appropriate date/time for delivery (I live in Edmonton.) They delivered the wheelchair to me the same day I purchased it online. Upon my request, they removed the arms from the wheelchair for me before delivery. The delivery driver called a few minutes before his arrival to give me a heads up. He also gave me a tool that I could use if I ever needed to put the arms back on the wheelchair. The wheelchair was in excellent condition, no parts missing or faulty and it came with an instruction manual. I recommend purchasing medical supplies here.
