My family member was disrespect. They wanted to know where the location for medical bed supplies. The store associate that responded about 9:40am. The assoicate gave random stores in the state, then sarcastically say "to find a gps" , laugh and hung up. We didnt have a gps or a smart phone at the time. We try to call back for more information of dircetion but no one anwser the phone. I've inform the rest of my family to avoid this location. Hopefully no other elders will be disrepect in getting basic needed medical items.

Came in earlier today to purchase a shower stool for a family member. I have to say that they do unfortunately have a bit high prices. But, the two gentlemen who assisted my wife and I definitely made up for it with outstanding customer service. Wish I could remember your names, I would have given you a personal shout out. Great job guys!! Hope the owner appreciates you two. The service you provided made the few extra dollars we paid here (in contrast to online commerce for this product) well worth it. ? A great experience is what brings customers back to your brick & mortar store and persuades to buy from you versus them choosing to purchase their items online. I will definitely be back here if I need anything else. Keep up the great work you two.

The owner has had two strikes at this point. During the beginning of the pandemic he was selling the medical surgical masks at a huge markup. I went back today to get some gauze tape- the price was about double what it should have been but it’s for sensitive skin- so a little harder to find. I asked if there was a return policy and I was told yes there is a 30 day return policy as long as the package is still sealed. I went down the road to Walgreens and found something even better for 1/3 of the price. 20 minutes after my initial purchase, I went back in to do the return. The cashier went to the back, returned crestfallen and said that there was a caveat to the return policy, per the owner, that they do not accept returns in wound packing materials. He said the only thing that he could offer was a 20% off coupon for my next visit. The cashier apologized profusely and ended up paying my refund out of his own pocket.

We called ahead to to see if they had a abdominal support belt we could purchase. When I entered the store, to my surprise, the worker I first encountered did not have a mask on. (Covid19). When I told him that he needed to put a mask on. He did not. Numerous times I asked him to please put a mask on. He did not.I still purchased the item. When I got outside and opened the box it was obviously used and apparently returned having frayed material all balled up and many pieces of hair on it. When I brought it back in the store and showed the worker he went to get the manager who also did not have a mask on.When the manager saw the item he stated "That's Gross"and then stated "I Don't Know How That Happened". NOT RECOMMENDED!

I called on a holiday, and while they would socially be closed the manager arranged to open and help me out in a pinch. While this isn’t a typical visit, it was a very nice experience and I appreciated the member going out of their way to help me in a bind. And they had the disposable supplies I needed.

Pricey. Bought a commode in the evening and returned it the next morning with a slight defect. They did not take it back, which would be acceptable if they inform their customers upon purchase that they will not accept returns/refunds. They did not. I’ve returned similar equipment (bedpan) to CVS.
