I was told insurance would decline the claim. Then I was told insurance would be contacted prior to pick up. Then I was told we'd have to file with insurance. Then, at pick up we were forced to self-pay (as indicated on the receipt). I was then told insurance would be contacted after the rental agreement was over. When questioned, Nancy, the President of this company lied again saying she never told us these things. I asked for her to provide in writing to me the detail regarding when she would be submitting the claim to insurance. I provided her my email (via text) as per her request and still NOTHING!

This company is lazy,inconciderate,no compassion for the elderly people who have medical issues. If you have a problem with you medical equipment They Don't Care point blank!!!! If u ask how long something would that to get fixed,they don't know.They bill medicaid for you Broken equipment too.If you need anything medically don't use this company!!!!!!!
