    I'm sorry for writing this post. I have already talked to management. The people are nice but the problem is there cabs. My mother has has multiple amount of appointments more than I can count that she missed. So far she hasn't even had a ride even when she called hours prior to confirm. They tell me I should call the cab drivers myself to confirm with them she will be picked up. This is not my job to do and find it extremely lazy. Good luck with this company and thank god I have been able to take her to her most important appointments.

    Very unprofessional. They forget to schedule my daughter's pick ups, after I schedule for a month out. This has happened once to twice a month since March 2018. Today was my last straw. The lady was rude and didn't want to hear me out, she keep cutting me off when I was talking. Yes this service was great in the past but know makes me question there abilities leaving CHILDREN STRANDED. I am a single mom that works swing shifts this service was to help me get my kid to her appointment's. NOW I have to work ten times harder to try to gets days off or try to find friend's or family that are NOT WORKING to help me out. I for one will not recommend your services. P.S I WORK IN THE PUBLIC WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE SPECIAL NEEDS AND I WILL GIVE THEM THE BEWARE OF YOUR SERVICES. I hope you get your people up to customer service and management needs to listen to their customers when there's an issues and stop talking over us on the phone. THE RUDEST COMPANY EVER. You really need to step up your game. Your people that have given your company the high stars are employees not customer's.

    This a service for which I am truly grateful that my insurance covers, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have had issues multiple times when calling with being rushed, interrupted, and spoken to rudely. I hope this issue gets addressed and the employees conduct themselves in a more professional manner.

    I really appreciate this service im homeless and they have been such a big help in getting me to all my mental health and Dr appointments by providing the gas vouchers yes sometimes it's a long phone wait but their a very busy company that helps out alot of the lower income in the Spokane community anybody that complains about long wait times on the phones needs to understand just how busy they must be!! I wouldn't be able to make it to my appointments without all the help they have given!!!

    Sms drivers are great. Always on time and a joy to ride with. Never had a problem with them they get me there on time every time. Wonderful people. Thank you Drivers!!! Now SMS reps are not always so kind. They take a minimum of 3 hours to call you back. I don't think that is very exceptable. To have to sit by your phone for that long so you don't miss their call is not real favorable. I have had several occasions where the reps have told me local medical facilities in my area will and do certain medical procedures my out of town doctor is requesting. I have done several follow ups on this only to find out SMS is INCORRECT. They have been less than truthful on many occasions with me. Because of this they have caused me a load of problems, cancellations, re-schedules, and delayed appointments. They can be very rude and treat you lesser than a person that doesn't rely on medicaid for transportation. Some are very kind and a pleasure to deal with but alot are not. Since your phone calls are recorded for "quality purposes" then maybe you should review them and get rid of your reps that are disrespectful to clients.

    Nothing but problems. Call a week in advance for help with gas for a dental appointment and was assured there would be a voucher waiting for me at the gas station. I went to my appointment and then the gas station. No voucher and after sitting on hold for almost a half hour,they closed and the answering service refused to help. Day before our disability is deposited, and we are stranded an hour away from home, with hungry animals, no place to sleep except the cab of a pick up. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! CALL THE GAS STATION BEFORE LEAVING YOUR HOUSE!!!

    We have been trying to set up gas vouchers for my son since we have to keep traveling to seattle for his care. The person who answers the phone is completely condescending and rude. Very judgy sounding and it's really not worth trying to fight the lady over to get gas. This is such a lovely thing and such rude people involved in it...just sucks.

    This poor excuse for a company has messed up my mothers transport 3 times. It seems like the problem is with the person setting up the appointment time, this person does not listen. First time the driver arrived at 9 a.m. for a 9:15 arrival time to office. She lives is Newport and appt. was in Spokane Valley, plenty of time right? Second time she was suppose to have a wheelchair transport and what arrived was a SUV, but was on time (independent contractor), very good service from him. Third time she needed to be at Hospital at 12:00 the transport arrived at 11:00 the first time, left because he was early and came back to pickup location at 11:25 for a 12:30 pickup time. Now how is one suppose to get from Newport to Holy Family with lights and traffic in a half and hour? The woman that I talked too spelled my mothers name "Gene" I feel nauseous even giving this place 1 star. This place seems to have no pride in how they conduct their business!!!! If I was able to, I would have 10 THUMBS DOWN EMOJIS!!
