I took my mobility scooter battery box (2 batteries inside) in because it wasn’t working properly. I dropped it off Friday and they said it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. We called on Monday and Robert said it was ready. I went in and paid for the two batteries plus $45 for a load test (shocking how expensive this simple test was!) AND we were never told there was a charge to do a load test prior to them doing it. I would’ve said no, just replace the batteries. We took the battery home and put it on the scooter and it didn’t work! It was exactly how it was when I dropped it off. I called and asked if Robert actually opened the case and replaced the batteries himself. He said no, he has a bunch of technicians. I told him that the battery wasn’t working. He asked us to bring it back, so off we went back to their store. Since my mobility is bad, my mom took it in and watched everything. One of the two batteries inside the box was good. If they did the load test, why wasn’t I told this? They still replaced both batteries and charged me for them plus a charge for the useless $45 load test. We left and then returned to retrieve the good battery. I was not pleased with any of their “service” or recommendations.

After talking to my brother, you NEVER told him there was a charge/fee for load testing the battery. He said this is NOT normal. You should have given him the choice. I did not agree with you. Your reply is not true and shows what a poor businessman you are. I agree with the other 1-star reviews that you’re only seeking money off the backs of disabled people. I would NEVER go back to your store!! Shame on you!

Needed to replace a tire on my husband's wheel chair. When I called it was suggested that I bring in the tire and the wheel chair. So glad that I did. Turned out they did not have a replacement tire in stock. But they did have complete replacement wheels with tires. In less than 20 minutes, wheels were replaced and I was on my way. And, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Medi-Health Care. Great job.

First visit here. Lived in area for 20 years and never needed to stop by, however after an accident that crushed my foot I needed to pick up a walking boot. Robert was amazing and helpful making sure I got exactly what I needed. I had to call the day before and the women I spoke with was just as kind and helpful (forgot name)...if anyone is in need of medical supplies (just about everything you could need) please make sure to stop in here. Thank you again Robert for your great help.

Just recently purchased a Sit to Stand hoyer lift. Searched around online for prices. Each one sold the same sit to stand we need. But...it didn't come with the extras. Charger a New Battery. And most important...the belt. When we called Robert at Medi Health. He said he had one in stock. Drove over to Lakeland. Looked at what he had. He allowed us to try it out. Worked great. He even went as far as buying an included a new Battery with charger. Also an oversized belt. All included in the price. Got a good deal. An he gave us a 30 day warranty. So if anyone needs great new or used medical equipment. Give Robert a call. He'll treat you right.

Zero Stars. My elderly father is in a rehab for a leg injury that required surgery. A scooter was ordered for him through Medi-Health and was paid ahead by 3 months. Upon arrival to the facility, the scooter was too small to accommodate him. A family member tried to return the scooter (unused) and be refunded for 2 months. She told Medi-Health to keep a months rent for the trouble. The owner stepped in and refused to refund the money. He was extremely unprofessional and screamed at my family member. I'm pretty appalled by the behavior and would certainly NOT recommend this company for your loved one. Elder care supply is not the place for an explosive temper. If denied I can supply everything he screamed into the phone.
