I have no idea what is going on with this company. I have contacted them countless times with zero results. My mother is sick and she can't go to the doctor because no one will deliver oxygen tanks. I even offered to pick it up myself. It's been a month and they just keep blowing me off. Rebecca is apparently the only person within the company who can get me oxygen. I contacted her multiple times- got nothing. This is ridiculous, I find it difficult to believe they can't have someone else deliver oxygen, can't hire a new sales rep, or let the customer pick it up themselves.
