I found Medserv when I was looking for a rental lift chair. After numerous phone calls, they had what we needed and was able to deliver to our area. This is a service-focused business in all ways. I was impressed with every individual I worked with from Denise to Tiffany to Josh to Micah - I could go on and on about the focus on getting us what we needed when we needed it. I was thrilled to learn they also sell medical equipment and have recommended them more than once - not something I traditionally do. They are knowledgeable about the products and ready to answer questions and help you determine your need for now and the future. I will be back - thanks for treating us more like family than customers!

My husband and I stopped in to look at the recliner chairs. My husband pretty well knew what he wanted. He zeroed in on one chair and after talking with Denise, and with her describing all options on that chair, plus others, we ended up purchasing the first chair he liked. Plus, since they had a few deliveries in our area, we got it delivered the same day. Our sales person, Denise is the bomb. She is definitely there to help you. We will definitely go there again if needed. Thank you so much.

Med Serv has been very Awesome to me. I had my leg Amputated in November, and was using a regular wheelchair which was very hard to handle. Med Serv, paying no Attention to what Money they could make. In Surprised me with there Generosity in Loaning me a Power chair, until my Insurance would come through for me.
To me I felt that there Generosity Speaks Highly of their Compassion and Caring for ones needs.
I would recommend MED Serv to anyone in Need of Equipment for better health.

MedServ Urbana has well trained staff that know the equipment and eager to show it off. They have different assistive aids for various needs. Each staff member who has helped me has been very knowledgeable in the merchandise they were showing off and has been very pleasant on the phone when I have spoken with them.

I am switching DME providers and its soley because these wonderful people (shout out to Denise the manager) did more for me in the matter of a couple hours than my prior DME company (rhymes with NoTech) did in the years of buisness I've given them. My CPAP stopped working. I was told it would take a month to fix. A month without a CPAP can be deadly. I came to MedServ told them my problem, they helped me choose a machine, walked me through how to use it safely and effectively, and treated me with compassion and respect, too things that are cruicial in the health industry. MedServ is what DME SHOULD be, and even though they are not in my health insurance network, I am giving them every dollar of buisness I can afford, for my needs, and the needs of my loved ones. I will also be pettioning my insurance company to adopt this buisness in their network. I am grateful, and proud that this buisness exists in my community. Thank you so much.

Until recently I did not know about MedServ, but I am so glad I do now. I needed to rent a mobility scooter for a short time and Denise was professional and asked all the right questions to ensure I was getting exactly what was needed. I also was surprised by the huge variety of products available. Best of all every person working in the store was friendly and made customers at ease .

This business is amazing and their respiratory therapist, April is too! My husband and I were both prescribed a CPAP within a month or so of each other. His doctor sent his prescription to MedServ; my doctor sent my prescription to a competitor. My husband's respiratory therapist (April) was in contact with him frequently, helped him get used to the machine, gave him advice, and helped within a day or two to get replacement equipment when the nasal pillows didn't work. They even gave him filters and refills. I didn't get this personalized care from the competing company, but will be switching to MedServ as soon as I can.
