Marilyn was very kind and courteous and always responsible when I had any issues with my items. I would highly recommend using this company their customer service and knowledge is excellent!

Would not recommend doing business with this company. They did not know the product they were selling and had to actually read the directions as they were trying to help me. They changed my order without even contacting me. They were very short with me as I tried to ask why my order was not ready (after nearly a month) and it took several days of leaving messages before they bothered to call me back.. very unprofessional and I will not do business with them again !

I’ve had great experiences with MedSource! I have used this company for 3 different surgeries and have been happy with them every time. They are the best medical supply store I’ve ever worked with. I needed a knee scooter when I broke one ankle and sprained the other at the same time. They went out of their way to get it to me very quickly. I highly recommend them!!!
