I met with my doctor the next day. He was straight forward listened to me and got my medication perfect for me. I had been trying for months to find a doctor to help me I am so grateful that I found medvidi the service for me has been superb I am definitely sticking with them. It is worth it to pay out of pocket for the visit as my prescriptions were each covered by my insurance also. Highly recommend this company. The doctor in my opinion deserves praises for helping me as he did I am very grateful. Thanks again!! Also my prescriptions were filled same day no problem.

I loved the doctor but I don’t recommend the company. You have to pay in order to book an appointment. If your doctor cancels the appointment, as is what happened to me, you then have to pay again in order to book a new appointment. It’s so frustrating. There are no options to use the credit on your account. I’ve spoken to several employees to book an appointment and they said I had to pay them in order to book it. They weren’t able to use my credit. I wish they would only charge you when the appointment occurs, like how all over service providers work. Additionally, you pay, then you absolutely have to fill out the questionnaire or your appointment isn’t confirmed. You’re not allowed to see your doctor without filling out the form. I didn’t realize this. I thought I had an appointment booked but it wasn’t. So then I had to pay again, then fill out the form.

Saw ad on Instagram reached out, filled out all the information create an appointment.

Sat on hold for two hours looking at how many providers they had in queue 145 at one point and never had anybody come, had to hang up call The 585 number to finally get someone to help me to them be told that I had to make another appointment And that I had to fill out another form and that if the form didn’t let me go through my appointment would be canceled ..

I immediately then called back the office had them refund me the money and cancel my account. Something is not right here.

Poor service, canceled appointment right at the time. Had to call several times. They cheated me on one visit price, they can easily look back at my payments and visits. Bad business

I never read a review on them till now, I messed up. If I had read reviews, I'd never cashed them out used them.
I though my problem might be a rare thing but it's common practice for this place. It's sad when s mental health dr causes you to get so mad and aggravating. Sad place

I scheduled an appointment with MEDvidi on 5/4 at 9am. I was on time and ready to join the video call. When I pressed the join button, it highlighted itself but never let me join the call. They decided they were gonna charge me a $50 fee for missing my appointment cause I didn’t reach out, even though I was not give any contact information to reach out to them with. The issue was on their end and some how I’m still getting punished for it. For a company who is supposed to help people with mental health and stress of life, they sure don’t care about your financials.

Use this service at your own risk. It is like rolling the dice to find out what kind of experience you get. Especially if the medication is something you need to function like a normal human being and hold down a job. Expect to be waiting for as long as a month after your appointment for them to send your prescription to the pharmacy. All the while they're emailing you and calling you trying to get you to prebook and prepay for your next appointment before you've even gotten your medication.

I would like to do my reveiw now. A couple months with experiances with them. My first appt I prefered Adderal for my ADHD but instead he perscribed me sterria becuase of me being on suboxne. Second appt with William Gregg I think his name is, perscribed me adderall but wanted me to start with a low does. I had trouble getting my adderal but not due to Medvidi but the Pharmacy due to my suboxne. They said they needed to call both doctors due to being percribed suboxne. Medvidi gave an answer to the pharmacist quickly but where I get my other script on the other hand was a problem. My first appt I was joined in and the doctor joined in within only a couple minutes. So only a couple minute wait. My second appt only a 10 minute wait. I did miss my second appt due to lossing track of time but called 30 minutes after my appt time and they said they'll waive the 50 dallor fee becuase how soon I called after the appt time. I also do like that after the first appt the price drops a little. I live their customer service. They are thorough and informative. I will continue to be their patient. I'm very pleased and I'll add; surprised becuase of some reviews I read before my first appt. I had no problems whatsoever.
