I wish we had met Dr. Ghilam a long time ago. Dr Ghilam has excellent bedside manner and many in the medical industry in the Imperial Valley could learn from this man and his staff. He treated my mother with much respect, kindness and dignity. We need more doctors like him. Thank you Dr. Ghilam. My mother knew you really cared about her from the very first moment we met you, up until she took her last breath on the morning of August 9, 2022.

Dr. Ghulam is always professional and takes his time in caring for his patients. He spends time with each patient and gives individual care. He is not a pill pusher, but gets to the root of the health issue. I have enjoyed having him as my PCP.

From the condescending bed side manner to the long long long wait for a scheduled apt I would not recommend this facility to any friends.

There are better faculties that treat the patient with respect including not having to wait over an hour sometimes 2 before you are called to see the Dr. With an actual appt time.

I'm sure they charge you if you miss the apt. But asking patients to hang out in the waiting room for hours because you over schedule is ridiculous insulting and very disrespectful

I’m giving this review as I’m currently sitting in the waiting room. It is 12:00. My appointment was at 11:00. This is not a rare occurrence. This happens every time I have a visit with this doctor. His bed side manner is horrific, as he disregards any medical opinion you have about your health, and will remind you how long he has been practicing medicine. Because clearly you are ignorant to how your own body works.

If you need blood work prior to your visit, be sure to find that out on your own. As they will not tell you it’s required.

Your time will never matter as much as his. He is disrespectful, self involved, and extremely dismissive of your concerns. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen.

TL/DR: save yourself trouble and go elsewhere. Seriously.

Dr. Ghulam is one of the best doctors in the Valley, he's very professional , he takes his time to treat you, never in a hurry, he's very patient , & very polite , he also has the best office staff ,they make you feel welcome every time .
