The receptionist at the front desk should have been fired a long time ago. She was rude and definitely does not know how to talk to people. There's no place for a woman like that as a receptionist for doctors office. I just wonder, does the doctor actually know how she is interacting with his patients. That's awful strange if he does. I actually like the doctor. It's the lady at the front desk that needs to go! She is very far from being professional. I can't believe that the doctor actually keeps her there. Wife or not, she's nothing but a pain in the ass! I can just imagine how much business they lost having her at the front desk. Get real, get rid of her!

Took my wife for her immigration evaluation and the first visit took about 2.5 hours JUST to get some vitals, went for a follow up a week later and wanted to confirm the call and the old lady at the desk kept hanging up was rude and belligerent, threatened her with canceling her appointment after paying $600 for this process. Second appointment was told to come in at 2pm rather than 12pm and we waited for 4 almost 5 hours. This is completely unethical, stay away from this place at all costs. I would rate zero stars if I could, this place is the worst!!

Don't get me wrong, I understand immigration paperwork is not easy, but it's ridiculous at this place. This place needs better time management. Our appointment was at 11 a.m., and we had to wait until 5:15 p.m. The front desk lady kept skipping the line. Spanish-speaking and other individuals who arrived after us were seen by the doctor first. It's extremely racist and unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. My nephew is doing his immigration paperwork and needed to get some additional vaccines done. We went to the office today and the receptionist told us that he needed one more. He calmly told her that the doctor told him only to get the ones he got and didn’t told him about another one. She got very loud saying that she will not repeat herself and he needed to get it done or she will close the documents and send it to immigration and have then deny it. This is so unprofessional and unethical for her to even say that. Now my nephew is worried that she might sabotage his paperwork.

I am new to the Melbourne area and decided I would come to this walk-in clinic after reading mostly positive reviews online. I am disappointed to say that my visit here was the most unprofessional and inefficient experience I have encountered in a medical setting.

I called yesterday around noon asking if they took my insurance. They did, and the receptionist told me to come in at 4 pm. I told the receptionist that I had class at 5 pm that I had to attend, and she assured me that I would absolutely be in and out by then. I arrived to the office at 3:35 pm, giving myself plenty of time to fill out paperwork. The receptionist made me pay before I saw the doctor, which I found odd. After waiting for almost an hour without being seen, I explained to the receptionist once again that I needed to be at class at 5 pm, and asked her if I should come back tomorrow. She adamantly assured me that the doctor would be available if I just waited another 10 minutes, and I complied because I had already paid and thought maybe they were having an "off-day."

Long story short, I find out that there was not a doctor on the premises while I was waiting, AND that the receptionists knew this when I asked at 4:30 pm if I should leave and come back the next day. The doctor was at the hospital working, which is totally understandable, but extremely irresponsible of the staff to keep people waiting when they were well aware of this. I was seen by the doctor at 5:45 pm, after waiting 2 hours, and I felt he did not do a sufficient job as he was in a rush to see all of the other unhappy patients. He told me to "drink water and soup and get some rest" after telling him about the extreme discomfort in my left ear.

I completely understand that walk-in clinics can be hectic and understaffed, but my experience here was unlike anything I have ever seen. I felt like I was being lied to and it was made clear that the staff needs to be more transparent with their patients.I will not be coming back, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

EDIT: I am now reading other negative reviews and I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional that the office is replying and saying that these reviews are fake, erroneous, and etc. That is HORRIBLE customer service to refute and deny a patient's review. Instead of making excuses, make CHANGES to provide better service to your customers.

If you’re an immigrant looking for immigration doctor, please look for another office even if you have to drive a little more. They do not have any respect for patients and they are not looking for your best interest. Despite HIPAA regulations, they will not give you personally records of anything despite them vaccinating you in site (completely illegal). Staff is extremely rude and screams on the phone and hangs up the calls on you even if you’re being respectful to them. They charged me for copies of my records and then never gave me the copies, they are ignoring my calls and have stalled me every time. Please go to another place where medical professionals actually care for you.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. Stay away from this walk in clinic if you want to stay in good health. The front desk staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Doc gave me an antibiotic to kill off an infection, IT DIDN'T WORK. Five days into taking the prescription and while still suffering and in pain, I called them back. They absolutely refused to have the in house Doctor call in a different antibiotic. Instead they insisted on me PAYING ANOTHER $60. TO SEE THERE OTHER DOCTOR. I refused, as this understandably was totally rediculous. Staff became very rude and hung up on me several times. They would not allow me to speak to the Doctor nor would they have the Doctor call me. Instead they resorted to telling me to go see a pain management Doctor or a Dentist. WHAT? Why did they see me in the first place if they couldn't follow through with an appropriate treatment plan? They refused to reimburse so i could go elsewhere. Ended up in the Emergency Room for proper professional treatment. Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
