Melissa is a phenomenal physician. She has been nothing but kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful to my girlfriend who has been seen by her and has asked her for advice multiple times. Every time she returns home from a visit, she has nothing but nice things to same about Melissa and her overall visits. I think Burlington OBGYN caught themselves a real gem by hiring her.

Great physician! I am not one to write reviews, but Melissa was so great it made me want to come here and write one. She is knowledgeable, genuine and truly cares about her patients! One of the sweetest women I have ever met. I am new to the area and randomly stumbled upon her for a check up- and I’m glad I did. Every dr should be like Melissa!

Went to see Melissa for severe menopause symptoms. She was condescending, a poor listener, and lacked empathy. Despite obtaining all medical records from previous doctors, she refused to start me on estrogen therapy, which had worked well in the past. She wanted to ask advice from other doctors (?) on how to treat me, even though test results showed how well the estrogen worked. A week passed. I called several times to request an update. She never returned my calls. I called again. She said she still hadn't reviewed my records.. No concern for my well being whatsoever. Would not recommend her to anyone.

I have been to the office a few times now and I am so very pleased with both the office and with Melissa Outerbridge. Melissa seemed genuinely interested in my health and well-being. Coming to the gynecologist can be a very nerve-racking and vulnerable thing.. And I found her to be so kind and caring. She truly went out of her way to make me feel so comfortable. Not only that, but I find her to be sharp, knowledgeable, and very professional. And she takes time to listen to you as well. I had such a great visit this week and I felt it necessary to come on here and give her recognition where it is due. Thank you Melissa Outerbridge and Burlington OB/GYN!! I highly recommend for anyone to go there!!

**Now.. I am extremely nosy by nature and couldn’t help but read the other reviews and I was absolutely appalled by the one star review that was left. I know we all have our own experiences and our own journeys and are allowed to share those, but this couldn’t be more polar opposite from what I experienced on multiple occasions and I can’t sit back and not say anything. To the other woman that left this review, I am so sorry that you had an experience unlike mine and probably most others, but it seems like unless you are doing or experiencing something fun or exciting.. you give a less then stellar review. It seems like every doctor you’ve ever gone to you’ve given a poor review to. There is a pattern there. You should maybe look inside yourself and see if maybe you’re the common denominator. Im sorry, but every medical Institution that you have ever been to has unprofessional and uncompassionate staff, I don’t think so!!

**I’m sorry, but I feel it’s necessary to be honest and truthful in our reviews on here. And all should THINK before we write. And I hope mine here today is
a testament to how wonderful I think Melissa Outerbridge and the staff at Burlington Ob-Gyn is. Thank you again.
