I am so incredibly thankful for the excellent medical care that we’ve received at Member Plus for the past 2 years. We’ve been navigating my husband’s terminal illness while living on an island and there’s truly no way we would have been able to do it without their support. Dr. Crandell is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The office staff and nurses are also amazing and everyone is so responsive.

I recently joined Member Plus Family Health on Bainbridge Island after my doctor of 15 years moved out of state, and I was initially hesitant about finding a new provider. However, Laurie, the Practice Manager, made me feel welcomed and reassured me that Dr. Crandell would be an excellent fit—and she was absolutely right. Dr. Crandell is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff is friendly, and the clinic provides a warm and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!

I’ve been with family practice since 2006 with my husband after a brain aneurysm Dr. Keys took care of my husband until he retired and Dr Crandell took over they have both been outstanding doctors going up and beyond what a normal doctor should do they have been like family to us and have always been concerned with everything that has come up in our 16 years of taking care of my husband I don’t think there’s another couple of doctors on the planet that are so compassionate kind and loving as these men! I sincerely have nothing but respect and good things to say about them . Dr Crandell I took care of my husband up until the end of his life! One of the absolute best things about living on Bainbridge Island. Dr Crandell is a REMARKABLE physician and you almost always can get in right away (I mean that day) if something urgent comes up. All of the office staff are remarkable. The tiny annual surcharge is an incredibly great value. Easily pays for itself many times over. Micah Solomon, Vandy Solomon and family.
