Dr here have always been great.
I’ve send them emails in regards to my medical concerns and I get a call back within 24-48 hours. Staff in person has always been pleasant. I never really wait long to be seen. I like the convienence of being able to email them, and sometimes a phone call up answers any questions or concerns.

Pam is very thorough. She asks how I'm doing and then actually listens, she gives me the time I need. She hears my concerns and addresses them. They are focused appointments but she does an overall intake. She is patient work my long winded stories. I never felt rushed during appointment work her. She says you are my patient and I'm her to care for you and your health and she means it. I just love live her beside manner. She is an amazing provider.

Dr. Perdomo was very professional and friendly. A perfect combination. She listened well and gave me great advice. She suggested 2 vaccines that I hadn't received yet which was helpful. The nurse Irene Hernandez was amazing. She was super kind, helped me feel relaxed, answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. She went above and beyond and helped draft a letter I needed for another medical facility. Superb combination of nurse and doctor! Thank you!

Dr. Barnes is very thorough. She is such a good listener and never makes me feel rushed even when the office is she looks over past visits. She's compassionate to my health problems and even pays attention to my family history to see how it applies to my current situations. I appreciate her expertise and would highly recommend her.

Mrs. Pamela Wade is one of the best doctors I've ever had! She's kind, caring, considerate & truly cares about your health. She's also thoughtful & patient! I can't say the same about the front desk check- in staff workers new comers. Their very rude & disrespectful! No manners, or morals. Things have changed for the worst with these new staff workers. I remember many years ago the front desk check-in workers use to be so polite, kind, caring & respectful to patients needs. Not anymore! sorry to say.

The staff is efficient hardly had to wait at all to get to my appointment. Dr Barnes is very thorough in addressing my specific needs and also how I'm doing in other areas of life. I wish more doctors would be like her.

Dr Barnes sits and talks with me about my problems. She is proactive in recommending testing that would be appropriate for me. She went above and beyond by having the phlebotomists come to the room to draw my blood so I could stay lying down and not risk fainting. She made me feel very in control of the Pap smear and tried to help in many different ways, including letting me listen to music, having an ice pack, checking in regularly and then giving me water after.
