The schedulers are a bit difficult to get a hold off, but once you get their direct number they are extremely helpful. I had an unusual situation that required them to go above and beyond to find an appointment slot, and they did it!
The facility staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The facility parking is very convenient and free. The facility is clean.
I cannot say anything yet about the quality of the procedure.

My MRI was cancelled by them twice the night before the appointment because they claimed they couldn't figure out the insurance, only for them to call the next day after the scheduled appointment to tell me I was covered. We reschedule and they cancel again at the last minute, same nonsense about insurance (even though I have a letter from my insurance company saying this is covered). Good luck getting anyone on the phone to reschedule a 3rd time.

I attempted to schedule an ultrasound for 3 weeks. I have tried calling at different times of the day. Every time, I end up on hold waiting to speak to her scheduler, which never happens. Horrible experience. I only wish I could post zero stars.

Would give zero stars if I could. I was planning to pay out of pocket. They called me and left a message saying they could not find active insurance for me (duh) and were going to cancel my appointment. I called back, got a recording that said their call volume was too high, left a message, and never received a call back. They cancelled my appointment and rescheduled someone else. Not bound by my insurance or a GP's reference, I will not be scheduling with them ever again.

Every time I get an MRI, CT, etc. through MemorialCare, they are the worst reports ever which leave out key details of injury. It was no different with the ultrasound which was wrong about no hernia and no cysts on my ovaries. Somehow the polyps in my uterus magically turned into fibroids. Wave Imaging found everything. The spinal reports are the worst particularly at the hospital. Do not get your scans through MemorialCare. If you did, go get a second opinion on the results through Wave or another facility where the results can be trusted.
