I had surgery at this location and wanted to express the level of excellent care I received. I was welcomed and treated with such professionalism. Dr. Sheridan and her colleagues took such good care of me. All staff were soo respectful and kind. From janitorial services to nurse assistants to Nurses, reception. Ms. Justine RN was one of my nurses, Ms. My was on top of my needs that's only a few names I remember in between everyone who assisted me. Soo thankful I had my procedure at this location. They made sure I stayed as long as I needed once I reached post surgery milestones before heading home. Strongly recommend this hospital!

Really great center, clean and serene. My mom stayed at the 4th floor joint and rehab center post ER and it was a pleasant experience. The nurses, therapists and staff were very detail oriented, attentive, professional and supportive. There was not one bad thing to say about our experience. They coordinated our care to a skilled nursing facility afterwards and everything was handled with proper communication. The facility was clean and updated. Highly recommend. Memorial care group is a great medical group.

Two weeks ago, I was so sick and weak and barely getting around. I checked in to ER. They admitted in the hospital where I stayed for two weeks. I received excellent care each and everyday by every nurse and their assistant. They were all so professional and friendly. The cleaning person kept my room and bathroom cleaned. When I pressed the button for the nurse, I received a response in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors came by daily to check on me and/or give me an update on my situation. Some days, I was able to select my meal preference. I enjoyed my stay there very much!!! Kudos to awesome staff there!!!

I really appreciated the RNs and the Tech that helped my mom during her hospital stay but I would not return to this hospital for my mother’s care. On two separate occasions, they attempted to discharge her in ways that were clearly unsafe.

The first instance occurred after my mother was in the ICU. Just two days later, she was discharged directly home without any blood pressure medication, despite being admitted through the emergency department with severely high blood pressure. Since we didn’t have the necessary medication at home, we were forced to return to the ER the very next day.

During her second hospitalization, we faced the same issue. I was informed of her discharge at 5:59 p.m., with prescriptions sent to a pharmacy that closes at 7 p.m.—leaving us little to no time to obtain essential medications. I expressed my concerns to the case manager, referencing the previous incident, and was met with a dismissive response: “Oh, I wasn’t here when that happened.” Despite knowing the risk, she continued to push for discharge.

The most troubling part was that she seemed more focused on replying than truly understanding my concerns. Had I not firmly advocated for my mother, she would have gone home without two of her blood pressure medications, her anti-seizure medication, and other prescriptions that help manage her condition and keep her stable.

It’s deeply frustrating to witness a system that appears willing to compromise patient safety. Has healthcare truly declined to this point? Sadly, my experience suggests it has.

Happy with the amazing nurses, doctors and staff at this hospital. A good experience overall. Everyone is so attentive and kind. Dr. Kreger was the ER surgeon who operated on my mother and we are so grateful for her expertise and for a successful intervention! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was here with the family member and I witnessed one of your charge nurses being incredibly rude towards one of your staff. He was essentially suggesting she didn’t know what she was doing and doing so in front of not only the patient but several other staff. She was a travel nurse and fairly new here from what she told me. Middle aged Asian man, I don’t know his name, but I’m going to find out. I’ve been a nurse for 40 years and you’re supposed to help your fellow teammates if they seem overwhelmed, especially being in the position of a charge nurse or team lead, not berate them in front of others. She was so unbelievably kind and just kept going on about her work, but I definitely felt for her… Just wrong. Nurses already deal w enough

I would like to single out a worker in the cafeteria. This man was very helpful and friendly to me when I was there with a family member. I had a long wait so spent time in cafeteria. I think the team member, I had interacted with, name was Gaston. He was helpful, polite and made me feel at ease while I was waiting. He was always pleasant with customers and his fellow co-workers. He made me feel comfortable and had me smiling during my time, while I waited for my meal.I believe he is very good at his job. . I would just like to recognize him for all the work he does and what a great asset to your hospital. Thank you , Gaston

Dear Urgent Care Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your facility. Upon arrival today, I encountered a significant lack of professionalism from the receptionist, Juan Vasquez.

Instead of a welcoming greeting and acknowledgement, I was simply directed to complete a form without being provided the necessary writing instrument. I was forced to retrieve a pen myself, which detracted from the overall experience and created an unnecessarily awkward interaction.

This situation fell short of the expected level of customer service. I hope that this feedback will be considered in your efforts to ensure that all patients receive a courteous and efficient check-in process.
