I give them a 50 star rating. I am so impressed by the service given. Tim, the owner, sent his nephew, Cisco, outside of normal business hours to deliver a much needed bed, wheelchair and other equipment and loaded items into a four wheel drive truck that could go up my parent’s drive, set up all items and educated my parents. This has been a game changer for my folks.

Previously Tim’s team had also delivered oxygen to my parents very challenging address down a dirt road and up a long winding drive. I hadn’t heard until quite a bit later that a tow truck had to come pull them out.

This is a very kind and knowledgeable team. Real people recognizing how they can help make difficult times less difficult. The entire crew is top rate, from the front desk on. Great communication given as far as insurance authorization and so much more.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars is bot available. This place cannot even place an simple order for a CPAP without screwing it up. Go to any other place but here. Drive to Fresno or Modesto if you have to, but avoid Merced Medical Supply. They have been messing up my CPAP orders for over 5 years now.

The staff was amazing! I'm so glad I stopped by, I was able to get my nebulizer the same day.
Cyndy was super sweet, very good at explaining everything and got me in and out quickly. Definitely, I'll be going back anytime I need medical supplies. Highly recommend this company.

Nichole is an angel. All their staff is amazing. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. So glad I came here for my c-pap supplies. These people are a godsend.

They are being very careful with the virus. The lady came out to find out what we needed and went back in to get it. There curbside phone number wasn't working so she personally came out to wait on every person. Very good customer service.

Very poor service after receiving my bi pap equipment. They have sent the wrong supplies at least 3 times . Each time I had to go to their office and return there supplies before they would hand me mine.
I live 20 miles away, I was hoping for better service. They just continue to get it wrong. You would think they could fix it.

The staff at Merced medical supply is very polite and friendly in there to help when I visit there a lot of situation I had with my sleep app Mass they went all up their way to help me to recover another piece to go to it they didn't have to do that but they did the staff is awesome I get them 10 thumbs up but greatness
