I asked Caren to verify my insurance benefits at the beginning of November 2024. I received no update by the middle of November so I reached out. Caren stated she was waiting on insurance to verify. I found this odd because I have had other businesses verify benefits within a 24-48 window. I decided to continue with the verification process. Again, no update. I reached back out in the middle of December. I was advised the insurance company did not follow up with her request, but she also noted my insurance said no acupuncture benefits. I'm not sure how both statements can be true. Lastly, I verified with an insurance agent via phone I do in fact have this benefit. It's been 1.5 months since I started this inquiry & I have been the initiator of all of our conversations. No update was provided without prompting. Bad customer service.

I went to visit this clinic with a chronic hip pain that I had for over a year and after the first treatment the pain is gone!🙏
I’m coming back to continue with the treatment.
Dr. Kim is a great Doctor he was super attentive and shows that he cares for his patients.

Very happy found this place. At the beginning I was a little concern about acupuncture but after trying it I have to say that I was very happy with the results. Karen at the front desk is always very helpful and very nice. The Dr. really knows what he is doing. He took care of my digestion problems in just a few sessions. I'm very happy with the results also on my right knee. This place is simply fantastic.
