I switched providers because my previous provider was very dismissive. When I saw the Dr. For the first time I felt much better. I felt seen and heard. Her staff are a different experience. None of them take responsibility for anything. They all point fingers at each other and nothing gets resolved. As a medical worker myself, I know how important and stressful it is for patient when they are seeking medical treatment and no one seems to listen. It's ridiculous that for a month and a half I had to be constantly calling for them to get my referrals in order and they still cannot seem to get it together. I called various times every week about my referrals and no one wanted to help me. I was constantly directed to one single employee who was very difficult to get a hold of, only for her to state anyone could have helped me, not just her. They kept pointing me in different directions. No one would take responsibility and nothing would get submitted.They admitted it was an error on their part weeks ago, but yet they did nothing to correct it until I had to keep calling back for them to resubmit. They were not happy with my frustrations over their incompetence, yelled at me, and I bet you no referrals will have been resubmitted today...

I have been the patient of Dr. Ghahari for at Mercy Medical Office for around a year and I am very pleased with her. I am not familiar with the other doctors at Mercy, but Dr. Ghahari has exceptional bedside manner, spends a lot of time examining me or answering my questions. She also gives me sound advice about nutrition and life style issues.

This facility is a very unethical place. The main doctor discriminated me based on my ethnicity. They held back a sum of $250 for no service rendered.
