Ms. Jacqueline is very empathetic, knowledgeable, patient and professional. She is also very accommodating when it comes to appointments. In the midst of the shut down I was able to get high-quality medical grade mask not only for me and my family but also for my elderly grandmothers who live in the Virgin Islands.
