I like the staff alot but some of the nurses on the phone I've never met can be very rude for no reason and they don't listen to what you are trying to get done for your health they just keep giving you refills and don't help you to get better and they don't talk to you either to try to help, they just think you r some addict because u have had a mental health illness for so long and then they make u feel shamed it's rediculous when you've done nothing but be honest I've been here for 2 years and my health plan has sent no where! Js!
