Worst hospital ever. No care for patients, misdiagnosed my mom's pinched nerve and hairline fracture when she went to the er this week after her fall at home. Discharged her at 1 am, but they forgot to remove the open IV line they gave her and then got mad at her when she asked for them to take it out. You're better off treating yourself at home rather than wasting insurance and possibly your life here.

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone! The nurse and doctor I had the other night were so rude and unprofessional. I went to the ER for a sever headache, nausea and other symptoms. I told them I was negative for covid they asked if I was vaccinated I said no the nurse said “oh that’s reassuring” so unprofessional! Also I was misdiagnosed I told the doctor I had a bruise on my head and that might be my problem and he evaluated me and said it was just a migraine and just put an iv with fluids that was just a temporary fix for them. I went to a different hospital the next day. That doctor told me I had a concussion and vertigo I was so happy I finally got an answer. NEVER go to Merrimack valley hospital unless you want to get mistreated or misdiagnosed like I did.

If you care for your life don't waist your time coming to this hospital. I took my mother to the ER, she had a severe infection, she could barely walk, almost fainting. The front desk staff was so rude and said they didn't have enough space at the ER and there was no available doctors. I begged her to call someone cause we needed help, my mother was suffering in pain and could barely stand. The staff was looking at the situation and kept saying we don't have anyone available(I heard laughs coming from inside the ER). These cold-hearted monsters! This hospital has no ethics, they don't care about a person's life! it is their duty to deliver the best service and save lives! It's called ER for a reason! This place should be close. This woman didn't even move a finger to look for help.They are rude and inconsider to people's suffering.Thank God my mother made to the Lawrence general hospital alive. The doctor said she could have die if we had waited more time. If something would have happened to my mother I would have taken this to the last consequences against Merrimack Valley hospital for refusing to assist her as it is their duty!

Went to the ER one night, was a slow night based on appearance compared to other facilities I have seen. There was a lot of waiting all around. The only thing they were timely with was coming around while we were still waiting to get money. We paid our copay, the insurance paid the rest. Then we got a bill in the mail saying we owed 400 because the "the insurance sent the money to us", but everything was already paid directly to them. Disgusting. I used to go there when it was merrimack valley, they were great. Then steward got involved and now it is as bad as holy family in methuen.

Always pushed out the door like they can’t be bothered to treat me, leaving in tears because they refused to do any tests on me for lower right abdominal pain, when given my discharge papers told them I refuse to leave then the police were called. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible facility. Should be closed. Not a soul around at registration. Had to go to emergency for help. Unacceptable health care... Had to get lab work done at Quest. Was told sometimes they just don’t show up. Hours posted 7-11 with locked door.... please do not go to this facility.... all about Greed!!!!!!!

Horrible, Social workers just push people out. They are of no help. The ER staff, especially Meg is absolutely rude and unprofessional. This is the worst ER I've ever seen.
