I give 0 stars here. They require a mask. I could not put one on because of a rash on my face so they refused to see me. Worst place to go other than Pecos Hospital.

I absolutely love this place! It's like anything else, you need your ID and insurance card to be seen for the first time. Once you become an established patient they will no longer require it. They are very busy and one thing I do say is that at times they struggle in answering the phone, you will be better off going in person or thru portal. I usually like to be one of the first ones there and it will be an in and out experience. They accept walk ins and I love the online patient portal they have set up to be able to cancel on or make m appointment to my convenience. Not to mention their nurse is awesome and doctor Ojiaku is so thorough, will answer and explain any questions I have. They are so sweet, make me feel like I'm family! Thank you Mesa Medical.

I have insurance & had my ID# and processing info. Didn’t have my physical card since my new ones were mailed to my home in another city while in Carlsbad.
They wouldn’t see me. Told me I had to go somewhere else. Wow. Is that even legal lol?! Then the receptionist says rudely, “If you have Medicaid you can go to their office & have them print you your paperwork.” Umm, thanks? So I’m just SOL if I have other insurance? All I could think was I’m fortunate to have a ride, & the day off, but what about all the Medicaid people who don’t, or have a small window of time because they work?. And here I am trying to get care before this turns into an expensive ER visit.
Been in healthcare for 14 years & am embarrassed for this place.

Worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility hands down. Went in really sick two and a half hours later they said they had sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I go and wait at the pharmacy and nothing I call them back they closed at noon. Had to wait til the next day and called all morning receptionist said they were busy that they would call it in wen they had a chance. It's after one and still no meds and sicker than a dog I think I'm going to need to go to a real hospital!! Avoid this hole in the wall dump at all cost!!

They advertise hours that don't exist. Terrible clinic. Not suggested. I gave one star because there is not a lower rating. They don't deserve 1 star.

Mesa Medical is a the best hands down; however, it is the staff that truly makes Mesa Medical what it is. Dr. Ouijaku, really cares about his patients and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the treatment you deserve. He spends time with each patient, and in my opinion is very passionate about his work and the fact that he makes you feel like a family member not just another face. His staff, are respectful, courteous, and also make sure that when you leave, you leave with a smile. I recommend Mesa Medical for anyone that is looking for pain treatment, or just treatment in general. There is not many Doctors like Dr. Ouijaku and is definitely one of a kind.

Open until 1:00 on Saturday, but take last walk in at 9:00. How is that "urgent" care. Don't bother if you need real urgent care!

I went in at 330 and was told I couldn't be seen cause they close at 5. 🙄
