I have been a patient here for 1 year and Ms. April is a awesome provider. She helps me focus and she helps me when i need help. Mesquite valleys team is so nice. Nick is very nice and loves to help. If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 I definitely suggest this, thank you MVIH

I was left disappointed, defeated, with little hope for my mental health journey. The intake process was incredibility lengthy and complex. The patient portal and website are not user friendly whatsoever, regardless on a mobile device or PC. I had to re-do the forms as they did not save several times. I was provided inconsistent information about tele-health. When I took the hour drive to the office, I immediately felt overwhelmed, the environment did not feel safe or clean. There were dogs running around, and a large unclean bunny cage on the floor. I spent 90 minutes with Nikki to just be told at the end of the appointment that she only started practicing recently and is not experienced nor has the level of expertise to take over my mental health care and referred me elsewhere due to the complexities of my case.

I have been seeing Troy for two years now. He is wonderful. He and his staff makes me feel like family. Since I’ve been seeing him it seems like his practice has grown substantially but he provides the same level care as when I first saw him. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is in search of a psychiatrist.

It is worth mentioning that he has really cute puppies in the office 🙂

I am beyond thankful to find these providers. They provide a safe environment. Troy is able to speak my language around my situation which I have never had a provider do before.. he is knowledgeable and supportive. I finally feel some hope.

Troy has been absolutely amazing and i felt like i was finally being listened to. there's no judgment in the office from anyone and it feels so welcoming when you get there. the team is very thorough in the best ways and it's very easy to contact someone if you need them or even just have a quick question.
