Pragati has been our rep for about 3 years now and she is a real educator of the Metagenics products and is always up to date with the latest in supplementation. We recommend a lot of the Metagenics products to our patients but I also use them myself and give them 2 thumbs up! The PhytoMulti and fish oil are a part of my daily life! We do not get enough vitamins from our food or sometimes they cannot be absorbed properly and this where supplementation comes in to play! Ask your practitioner about these products!!

I started working w/metagenics almost 5 years ago, when I started my journey with the IFM - my first AFMCP. I asked a number of the faculty to rate the nutriceutical companies in the vendor room, as the whole experience was completely overwhelming to me and I had no idea which company I was going to use. Using more than one was out of the question. The first company recommended by all 3 faculty was Metagenics. So.. I started w/Metagenics. I had the extreme fortune of working w/Cynthia Zurrolo. She has remained incredibly attentive to me over the past 5 years. ALWAYS available, always going the extra mile to find out answers to questions or to connect me w/medical support team. I have since had experience w/many different reps from the different companies who service Functional Medicine, and none of them are like Cynthia. They are nice, informative - but none of them go as far as Cynthia to help educate me and find solutions for different problems which arise. I have always thought that a company is only as good as its "boots on the ground" - Cynthia is a great representative of a great company. Devoted to helping others get well and retain a very high quality of care.

I've never dealt with a less professional and totally unfriendly business in my life. They obviously are having some sort of computer glitch and have trained their employees to totally disregard customer service. I have not had bariatric surgery but just wanted to try their products. I intentionally went through their website and made sure I was not signed up for auto refills. Low and behold, they magically changed it and my name as well (who has a last name of "L") and sent me without my permission another order (auto refill magically kicked in). I responded and CANCELLED the order within 2 hrs and they sent it anyway!!! When I called and told them the very strange things that are going on and that I absolutely don't want anymore of their product -- not to mention that they are forcing it on me since I did NOT order it -- not only did they not care, but now they are going to charge me additional shipping fees for products I didn't even ask for. WATCH OUT when dealing with these guys! They have major problems!!!!!!! I'll probably have to get a new credit card with a totally different number just to get them to stop charging me for stuff I didn't order. Just my experience -- so be forewarned!!!!

Very disappointing, i tried their product and did not authorize a monthly subscription, however they did it anyways. The representative was supposed to send me a return label and of course did not and now i am having trouble getting through. Beware before trusting this company with your account information.
