I was so lucky today to have Steve to draw my blood. He was so professional, kind and patience to find my vein after he tried hard without hurting me. He did a great job in calming me down so I could relax. I was so nervous when I got there due to a bad experience the last time I had to draw blood for lab work. Thank you, Steve the next time if I need lab work hopefully I’ll see you again

Stevy is a very rude guy from the lab. He was so rude that he first told me to go to the registration before even checking my paper. I mentioned to him I came from registration section then he started to give me his attitude that I need to go to the quest n my document doesnot have a proper signature. I mentioned to him that I am a regular customer with same kind of electronic paper work.I asked him if he can call a doctor to verify. He mentioned to me he will after taking care of other patients n this order is not for there rather I go to quest. I end up asking back my order slip. My concern is if he is responsible for any kind of lab work with his kind of attitude how will he take care of patients properly. He could have explain to me properly without showing his attitude. The other people were nice.

my wife missed the day of work to undergo tests, and the employee who attended to her did not collect the blood samples simply because her name was with her middle name and last name together in the order made by the doctor. What's wrong with these medical people? Should they be more human or is that just it? They look like robots that do something bad for pleasure.
