Terrible experience – I strongly recommend avoiding this practice. I’ve been a patient since 2019, primarily due to Dr. Grey, but I’ve had nothing but issues since. There have been consistent problems with appointment scheduling, and I had to wait over a year for my annual appointment. After my car accident, I was placed on a waiting list when I needed to be seen urgently.

When I found out Dr. Grey left, I called and was told I could be seen by Dr. Sullen Duque. I called again in the fall of 2024 to reschedule my annual appointment with the new provider, and I was given a new appointment for January 2025. However, when I showed up, I was charged $200 for what was considered a regular office visit. The staff claimed I was informed about the type of visit by phone, but I was never told this. Of course, it’s easy for them to say that to cover themselves.

Please do not go to this practice. Find another doctor. Especially now, with so many staff members leaving, they seem to have very few providers, and it’s not surprising. I know the doctors have not been happy with the practice management either.

Beware. OBGYN receptionist 2024-present and certain nurse staff are extremely rude and judgmental. I had remained with this group after the entire previous staff disappeared, I had felt safe and heard with the 2014-2021 staff. The current receptionist is diabolically rude on multiple occasions and intrusive. She does not respect our personal rights to privacy, even when I expressed my discomfort in explaining my medical issue. The attitude of the most of the staff is disgraceful. Beware.

Forever thankful I have the privilege of being a patient here. Metrowest physician services works together as a team to make sure every patient is given the best, safest, proper care. Very kind, honest, and educated staff! Extra appreciation for Jerry, the nurse, I’ve known for 5+ years!!

The whole team is wonderful and so professional I love when I have an appointment. From the receptionist to the nurse practitioner and Dr.Suellen Duque. I’m always amazed of how kind and efficient they are. Dr.Suellen is one of the best doctors I’ve seen thus far, I love our visits. She is extremely knowledgeable, humble, kind hearted, a great listener, teacher and I always leave feeling lighter and happier. She truly cares about my health and we work on the best approach to maintain our goals.

I have been coming to this practice for several years and was very dissatisfied with everything. However I have been here twice in thel tweekand found that there is a new staff and they are wonderful. I felt that they were interested in me from check in to check out. Manuel, the medical assistant was so professional and caring, and Dr. Duque was very professional and thorough with my health management. Kudos to the new team!!!

I booked an appointment online months ago, got a confirmation email and everything. They waited TWO DAYS before my appointment to tell me that she was overbooked, and that I needed to reschedule for FEBRUARY and to call back every two weeks to see if there was an opening. Wth? Not like people need to go to the doctor or anything. What’s the point of making an appointment? Terrible customer service, not helpful at all.
UPDATE: I had an apt on April 17th that had been scheduled for, again, MONTHS. A few days before I get a call saying my apt was just cancelled because doctor Wendy Gray is still on leave. I think I got ghosted by my doctor? I will never be returning here. Ridiculous

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! You will regret it. You call to make an appointment with your doctor only to be told she is out for a family emergency and not returning until February. I asked, "Does this mean I have no PCP, no other doctor can see me?" I have been a patient for two years. I received no response from the nurse on the other end of the phone. Her reply was, "Go to Urgent Care." Apparently, my medical needs magically need to be put on hold. I do not need Urgent Care, I need my doctor who knows and has been following me. This practice is unprofessional, uncaring and treats their patients terribly. Not helpful. I will be finding a new PCP not affiliated with this practice.

Rude office staff.

My husband was sent to ER after concerning bloodwork, almost a year later he has yet to see dr for follow up as they are constantly cancelling or needing to reschedule appointments.

Received a call today to cancel my appt for next week. Wasn’t notified that my dr was leaving the practice and was told no other dr there had openings until 2025.
